VerseDash does not collect, store or share any personal information. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What stays on your device

The Bibles you download, your settings (text size, the Bible you last used, window positions) and the verse of the day setting are saved only on your own device. VerseDash never sends them anywhere.

When VerseDash uses the internet

• When you choose to download a Bible, VerseDash downloads that Bible’s text from openbible.com, berean.bible or eBible.org. Those sites see an ordinary download request, as with any download.
• When you choose Open in NIV, the verse opens on BibleGateway.com in your web browser, under Bible Gateway’s own privacy policy.

Looking up verses never uses the internet.

Suggesting a Bible on this website

If you use the Suggest a Bible form, what you type is emailed to us so we can consider the Bible and, if you gave an email address, reply. It is not stored on the website, added to any mailing list or shared. The app itself never sends anything.

Children

VerseDash collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
